SHIPPING POLICY
In–stock
items ship out within two business days from the time of order.
Custom–made items will ship out within ten business days from the time
of order. (A business day is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or
postal holiday.) Fidogear will notify you if there is any delay with
your order. For air or international shipping rates, please call
toll-free 1.877.FIDO.GEAR or e-mail us
at info@fidogear.com
for a quote. Shipping charges are subject to change with current
freight costs. For international orders, the shipping rates below do
not include any fees, duties, or taxes.
SHIPPING INFO
All
Fidogear Products are shipped via USPS. Standard USPS shipping charges
will apply to all orders. These will naturally vary according to
product weight, packaging and destination address. The actual amount of
the ship charge for your order will be calculated at time the order is
placed.
ALL packages ship -
Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.
Due to this, many individuals opt to have the package shipped to a work
address. Please call with any further questions.

We do not ship International

RETURNS
Harnesses:
We make each one of
our harnesses from scratch with the measurements you provide.
Because of this, we do not accept returns on all harnesses. This
rule does not apply to our "Standard Sized" Adjustable Walking
Harness.
In cases where the harness is too large, we can on occassion
size the harness down, when this happens you will be responsible for
all shipping charges and will be charge time involved in the alteration
process. This is done on a per case basis.
All
returns must accompany an RA (return authorization) number obtained by
Fidogear. RA numbers can be obtained by contacting us at 253-278-4822,
by emailing us at info@fidogear.com,
or fax us at 253-645-2078. Please note that since a product was
delivered to the address listed on your invoice, shipping charges and
fees are non refundable.
Products returned to Fidogear due to manufacture defect will be
replaced at no cost once received and inspected. Products that are
returned with no damage, no wear, and/or
for a refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
